Instructions for Poster Presentation

Poster  Presentation

Posters provide an interactive forum for authors to present research prototypes and work in progress to conference participants, allowing for in-depth discussion.

Accepted posters should follow a two (2) page Springer format for inclusion in the Proceedings. Authors of accepted posters are responsible for preparing a poster and bringing it themselves to the conference to display, demonstrate and discuss it on site with the conference participants.

Poster Design

There is no template for posters. Poster Authors are free to choose whatever layout they wish.

A0 size (or smaller), and portrait orientation is recommended. A0 is approximately 84cm x 119cm, or 33″ x 47″.

Poster content should be visually appealing. The headlines should be readable from a distance and should help attendees to get an at-a-glance overview. The fonts should be large enough to read from a distance. Ensure your poster makes sense from a distance – please don’t fill it with small text, and don’t simply scale up your poster abstract to fill an A0 page.
