Registration Categories
Author Registration: At least one author of each accepted paper/poster must register by August 01, 2017, paying the author fee for it to appear in the conference proceedings. If you are this registering author for a paper/poster, please put the paper/poster ID in the corresponding registration form so that your paper/poster is included in the proceedings. Please note that the author registration fee is charged not just for Conference participation, but for the paper publication in Springer’s LNAI volume.
If the only author registering for the conference is a student, the author registration fee should be paid. Additional authors can register as regular participants.
Regular Participants Registration: Co authors or senior academics and PhD students should register at the regular participant fee.
Greek students: Post graduate (Masters) and Undergraduate Students can register at a complimentary daily fee on proof student status. Documentation (student ID and university current semester registration and/or letter from faculty or department) should be provided in PDF format during registration.
Market Industry participants: Market representatives should register at the indicated fee, stating the coordinates of their firm

All fees include conference material, proceedings and full catering (lunch and 2 coffee breaks every day).
1. Banquet dinner: 35 € per person.

Registration will not be completed until payment is processed and confirmed.

You will view the deposit instructions during checkout. After your bank deposit has been successfully verified, you will receive a confirmation and you will be successfully registered.
Registration Cancellation Policy
Conference Cancellation
Authors whose papers are to be published cannot cancel their registration, but may nominate an alternative person to present their paper. Other registrants receive a 40% refund on cancellation, until August 16, 2017 and a 20% refund on cancellation until August 25, 2017. There will be no refund after August 25, 2017
