In cooperation with the 4* seaside “Porto Rio Hotel” which is the nearest hotel to the Conference Venue, special room rates have been fixed for BFAL 2017 participants for the period September 21-27, 2017. Thirty (30) single/double rooms will be held for the conference participants until September 01, 2017, After this date rooms not reserved conference participants will be released for sale. If additional rooms are available, the conference participants can make their reservations for the same price.

• Single room: 60 € per room/night
• Double room: 60 € per room/night

 

The room price includes: American buffet breakfast, all taxes, wireless Internet, free parking, usage of the pool and the private beach of the hotel. Check-in time is from 14:00h on the day of arrival and checkout time is until 12:00h on the day of departure.
