Organization Chair
	Kitty Panourgia Kitty Panourgia has an academic background in Psychology and Education, with a Bachelor Degree in Psychology, followed by a Master Degree in Education (University of Manchester, U.K) and a Phd in Education, (University of Geneva, Switzerland, Faculty of Psychology and Education). She is the Managing Director of NEOANALYSIS , working with the Greek Ministry of Education and other Ministries and Public and Private Bodies for consulting and evaluation services, in the field of Planning, Monitoring and Evaluating Educational Interventions in Education in the context of Structural Funds. She has also been awarded the title of "European Ambassador for the Promotion of Female Entrepreneurship" by the European Commission in 2011.

	Alexia Kakourou Alexia Kakourou is a Mathematics and Statistics graduate (Bachelor Degree -National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Master Degree - Athens University of Economics and Business), a Marie Curie Fellow and a PHD candidate in Biostatistics (Leiden University, NL). She is highly experienced in biostatistical analysis, research management in Biostatistics and Medicine and data processing.
	Natalia Kakourou Natalia Kakourou is a Psychology and Human Resource Management graduate (Bachelor Degree - National and Kapodistrian University of Athens, Master Degree - Athens University of Economics and Business). She is certified as a Career Guidance and Skill Assessment Consultant.
	Katerina Milathianaki Katerina Milathianaki is a Political Science and Public Administration Graduate (Bachelor degree- National and Kapodistrian University of Athens). She is specialized in Auditing of Quality Management Systems according to ISO 9001:2000 & ISO 19011:2002 and is a certified IRCA Auditor.

	Isaak Tselepis Isaak Tselepis is an Electrical and Computer Engineer (Bachelor, MSc and PhD Dept. of Electrical and Computer Engineering, School of Engineering, Democritus University of Thrace, Greece. He has significant professional experience in Computer Engineering and IT services such as web-based application development, websites, software development and project management.
